Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Bloom Color.

By accessing or using Bloom Color, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bloom Color.

You may upload only a photo of yourself. Photos of minors are not permitted.

2. The Bloom Color service

Bloom Color uses artificial intelligence to create personalized beauty guides based on an uploaded photo.

A guide may contain hairstyle, hair-color, makeup, eyebrow, and beauty-style recommendations, together with generated or edited images.

Bloom Color’s results are provided for inspiration and informational purposes only. They are not medical, dermatological, cosmetic, health, or other professional advice.

3. AI-generated results

Bloom Color’s guides are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and are not reviewed by a human before delivery.

AI-generated results may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for you. You are responsible for deciding whether to follow any recommendation.

Bloom Color does not guarantee that:

• a recommendation will suit you;
• a generated image will perfectly match your appearance;
• results will be free from errors;
• every generation will produce the same style or quality.

4. Accounts

You may sign in using an available third-party login method or an email login code.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account and login credentials. You must contact us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your Bloom Color account without permission.

Credits, guides, and uploaded photos are connected to your account.

5. Photos and other content

You confirm that:

• every photo you upload is a photo of you;
• you have the right to upload and use it;
• the photo does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights;
• the photo does not contain illegal, abusive, or harmful material.

You retain ownership of your original photo.

You give Bloom Color a limited, worldwide permission to store, copy, process, modify, and transmit your photo only as reasonably necessary to:

• create your guide;
• display your guide and before-and-after results;
• maintain your account;
• provide support;
• prevent fraud or misuse;
• operate and secure the service.

This permission ends when the relevant content is deleted, except where limited retention is required by law or reasonably necessary to resolve fraud, security, payment, or legal issues.

6. Generated guides

You may use your generated guides for personal purposes.

Commercial use is permitted only when the relevant use clearly includes the attribution: Created with Bloom Color

You may not imply that Bloom Color sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with you unless Bloom Color has separately agreed in writing.

Bloom Color retains ownership of its website, software, prompts, templates, layouts, visual design, branding, trademarks, and underlying technology.

7. Credits

One credit allows you to start the generation of one beauty guide.

Credits:

• are tied to your Bloom Color account;
• do not expire;
• cannot be transferred to another account;
• cannot be resold;
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• are deducted when generation begins.

Prices and pack sizes are displayed before purchase.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes may be added or included as shown during checkout.

9. Refunds and failed generations

Because AI generation begins immediately and creates processing costs, purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

Unused and used credits are not refundable merely because:

• you changed your mind;
• you do not like a style or recommendation;
• a generated result differs from what you expected;
• you no longer wish to use Bloom Color.

If a confirmed technical error prevents Bloom Color from delivering a guide, Bloom Color may repeat the generation or restore the affected credit.

Cash refunds are provided only where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Prohibited use

You may not:

• upload a photo of another person;
• use Bloom Color for impersonation, identity verification, deception, or fraud;
• upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, or infringing content;
• attempt to bypass payment or credit systems;
• resell accounts or credits;
• scrape or automatically collect data from the service;
• reverse engineer or interfere with the service;
• access another person’s account;
• use Bloom Color in a way that could harm the service or other users.

11. Marketing use

Bloom Color will not use your photo or generated guide in advertising, social media, testimonials, or other promotional materials without your separate and explicit permission.

12. Service availability and changes

Bloom Color is an early-stage service. Features may change, be added, or be removed.

We may change future prices and credit-pack options. Price changes will not change the number of credits already in your account.

We do not guarantee that Bloom Color will always be available without interruptions, delays, bugs, or errors.

If Bloom Color is permanently discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice where practical and deal with remaining credits as required by applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Bloom Color when we reasonably believe that you:

• violated these Terms;
• engaged in fraud or abuse;
• attempted to avoid payment;
• created a security risk;
• submitted a fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback;
• used the service unlawfully.

You may stop using Bloom Color at any time.

To request account deletion, email support@bloomcolor.app. Deleting an account removes access to its guides and unused credits. Deleted credits are not redeemable for cash except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Disclaimers

Bloom Color is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Color makes no warranties concerning the accuracy, appearance, suitability, reliability, availability, or results of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Color will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the service.

Bloom Color’s total liability relating to the service will not exceed the total amount you paid to Bloom Color during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

Disputes will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in the United Arab Emirates, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the website, your account, or email.

The updated date at the top shows when these Terms were last changed.
