Purchase information

When you make a purchase, we may receive limited information from our payment processor, such as:

• limited payment-method details, such as card type and last digits.

Bloom Color does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

3. How we process photos

Your photo is used to create personalized beauty recommendations and generated results.

To provide this functionality, your photo and related instructions may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf.

Bloom Color does not use your photo for:

• identity verification;
• facial recognition;
• identifying who you are;
• advertising profiling;
• training Bloom Color’s own AI models.

Your photo is stored on Bloom Color’s systems so it can be displayed with your generated results in the My Guides section.

Authorized access to photos may occur when reasonably necessary for technical support, security, fraud investigation, or troubleshooting.

4. AI-generated processing

Bloom Color uses automated artificial-intelligence systems to analyze visual characteristics and create recommendations and images.

This processing does not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

AI providers may temporarily process or retain information as necessary to generate results, maintain security, investigate abuse, and operate their services.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor shown at checkout.

The payment processor handles your complete payment details under its own privacy policy. Bloom Color receives only the information needed to confirm and manage the transaction.

6. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Bloom Color, including providers of:

• website hosting and file storage;
• databases;
• AI processing and image generation;
• account authentication;
• transactional email;
• payment processing;
• website security and fraud prevention;
• technical support and error monitoring.

Uploaded photos and generated guides are retained so you can access them through My Guides.

You may request deletion of your account, photos, or guides by emailing support@bloomcolor.app.

After a verified deletion request, we will remove the relevant information from active systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is necessary to:

• comply with legal or tax obligations;
• maintain transaction records;
• prevent fraud or abuse;
• resolve disputes;
• enforce our agreements.

Some service providers may retain limited information for their own security, legal, and abuse-prevention periods.

10. International processing

Bloom Color is operated from the United Arab Emirates and uses service providers that may process information in other countries.

This means your information may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence.

Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate contractual, organizational, or technical measures to protect international transfers.

No online service can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for protecting access to your email account and devices.
